Question / Help Crash when starting a recording

Hello!
This is btw my first post.

Today, i wanted to record some old school games (like GTA:SA-MP), so when i hitted "Začít Nahrávat" (Start Recording), the OBS Studio lagged, then crashed, in attachment, there is the logfile from last try of recording.

Specs of PC (If needed)

2.0GHz 2core CPU (TB 2.2GHz)
512MB iGPU
2TB HDD

AMD Drivers updated, AMF encoder is for my pc better than x264, but i will try

Yeah, x264 works, but AMF no, weird

Tried to reinstall the drivers from AMD official website, even the AMF encoder...

Didn't worked too

Well i know, but i can't make the windows to update.
