Crash when media source is removed

Hello,

I opened this issue on Github https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/issues/4201 talking about the following problem:

Expected Behavior
Should remove a newly created media source from the scene

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add Media Source
2. Create New -> Click OK
3. Select a media, or not, whatever. -> Click OK
4. Now, remove the newly created source.
5. Crash message is displayed

The issue was closed and I was guided and look at Known Conflicts: https://obsproject.com/wiki/Known-Conflicts

I did the procedure described in "Dell Backup & Recovery / Alienware Alien Respawn". I think the only problem may be this. However, the problem remains.

Any idea how to solve? Thanks.

Can you please provide a crash-log from an instance of this? They are accessible inside OBS, from the Help menu, Crash Logs, Upload Last Crash Log, and paste the URL it provides here.
