Bug Report Crash when I press preview / record FIXED!

Hello,

I find this problem today while a week ago it worked perfectly. What happens is that I configure a scene (a basic one, just record my monitor) and when I hit the preview button nothing shows at the OBS screen It recognises the sound as the bars move when sound is played, but no image. And when I press to stop the previsualizing, it chrashes.

I tried to uninstall and install again, but i have the same problem. And I don't understand it, because it was working a week ago.

It happens as well when I try to record a video of a game.

Thanks.

I'm still not able to fix it.

Here another crash log. It says the crash appears to have occured in the 'c:\windows\system32\kernelbase.dll' module, but I have no idea why is it happening now and not a week ago, and what can I do to fix it, since it doesn't look like a conflict with other software or webcam, as I have been reserching in other threads.

Well... I was able to fix it myself. What I did was to create a new windows user. Doing so, all the problems with KernelBase.dll were gone and OBS started wornign perfectly again.

I'm a bit disapointed with the technical service in this forum. I know it is free software and all, but some atention to users problems would be appreciated.

I don't expect the technical service to magically and instantly fix my problem on sunday, but I expect finding some interest on it on wednesday. Moreover when the forum is not crowded. I don´t know, I thing I'm not asking for the moon...
