Crash upon stream or record

Ive read through many other threads that have had the same issue but none of the fixes appear to be applicable. I only see a software encoder (x264) and im pushing the stream to castr.io. I assume its a driver issue of some sort but I dont understand the logs well enough to dissect it.

x264 crashes are almost always hardware issues - turn off any overclocks and check your memory for errors with Prime95 or similar stress testing tools. Make sure your BIOS is up to date.
