Are you sure you have an NVIDIA GPU? It looks like you're using an APU which has integrated graphics. Make sure you have the latest non-beta NVIDIA drivers installed if so.

Yeah, I dont use the beta drivers.
It has only happened once, so I posted it as instructed in the log. :)
