Crash on windows 10

I tried using my DAW FL Studio as a plugin which I will no longer be doing. It always crashes now. Please Help!

You are crashing inside the Chromium browser when it is initialized. Remove the browser source.

I removed chromium, and another virus I found - which took some work - but the same issues persists. Also, when I click on settings, it tells me that it cannot locate the locale.ini path

I did another install and was sure to delete user settings and it looks like it fixed the problem
