Crash on v28, only V28

This is crash in the graphics driver.
You may try to rollback/update to a more stable one (if there is any for your PC).

One step is not enough. It is desirable to try go more steps back in time, at least the August builds of the drivers (the obs you are using, itself was released 1 month ago, so issue may be new and unknown to the public).
