Crash on startup 27.1.3 - after update

Hello, I have been running 26.1.0 for some time and then tried to run 27.1.1 (and .3) in portable mode. This led to it crashing. Now I've tried uninstalling 26.1.0, updating my nvidia drivers, did a windows update to latest. But I still get a crash on launch (whether in portable mode or installed mode)
Log and dump files attached. Any help would be much appreciated!
thanks,
Dave

Update your Intel GPU drivers directly from intel.com (don't use Windows Update or similar).

I had the same issue. Thanks R1CH!

I have a Razer laptop with eGPU (1080Ti) attached. Internal GTX1070 (unused) and onboard Intel UHD Graphics 630.

My Windows 10 install was almost completely patched, as was my Nividia drivers. (One below latest)

I upgraded from OBS Studio 26.1.1 to 27.1.3 and got consistent crashes on startup. Patching Windows and Nvidia drivers made no difference. Removed OBS plugins, made no difference. Uninstalled OBS 27.1.3 and reinstalled 26.1.1 - OBS started no problem.

Reinstalled my plugins. OBS started no problem. Upgraded OBS again to 27.1.3 - crashed on startup.

Eventually found this thread, checked my Intel drivers using Device Manager, still running version 23.20.16.4974!!!

Downloaded the latest Intel drivers from the link above using the all-in-one installer for Windows 10 20H1 (551Mb) and now they are showing as version 30.0.100.9864. (Didn't bother with the optional reboot after installation, which took about 3-4 minutes)

Started OBS again and Voila! all sorted!

I know this repeats what's been said above by R1CH but I thought it might help others who find this thread and aren't quite sure if they might have the same problem or not.

I've attached a crash report as a sample, just in case. Cheers
