Bug Report Crash on start

Hello, I have a problem. When starting the program, an error appears that prevents the program from running:

C++, Redist., drivers, all..

Someone can help me?

All folders in %appdata% are empty.
I have the latest updates for Windows.

Windows 7 64bit Ultimate.
