Question / Help Crash on start [Windows 10]

On Windows 10 OBS Studio crash on start.

That crash is happening in an AMD driver, first thing I'd do is check you are up to date with your drivers.

I checked the drivers. I always have the latest.
The first time OBS Studio is launched. Next attempts have failed.
OBS reinstalling Studio, cleaned profile. I tried with version 0.13.2 and 0.13.4.
Nothing helps.

Graphics card: Radeon HD 7770

Still have the same problem...
