Question / Help Crash on Start Stream/Record

I use OBS to stream and record at the same time, been having this issue for awhile and went to Xsplit and there's no issue with their Gaming Broadcaster or the normal Broadcaster in terms of streaming and uptime (but I hate how it resizes things). Hope someone can help, posting recent log from last night trying to stream.

Bump, anyone find anything? I've tried everything from the disconnect sticky but nothing is working, and the only two things I see that there's something wrong are the two "failed to load" modules towards the bottom that I have no idea about.

I can use Xsplit Broadcaster and Gamecaster just fine with similar if not the exact same settings. I've tried with 2000, 2100, 2500, and 3000 bitrate (my Upload is 30Mbps; Download is 300Mbps). Currently running with a 680 GTX OC that hasn't had any issues for 5 years, I know it's old but I had no issues with OBS until recently. I plan on upgrading to a 1060 on this computer, and investing in another streaming PC soon. However I'd like to still stream until that day comes.

Have you tried re installing OBS, after uninstalling it and fully removing it from all of your PC?

Not to be a annoyance, but have you tried just streaming, or just recording separately?
