Question / Help Crash on nonstandard output

My OBS crashes when the output is set to anything in the custom ffmpeg output. It works fine when set to the defaults, but none of the default outputs are readable by my video editing program. Need to fix this to get my recording schedule back on track or go back to Fraps. Crash info included, below:
