Crash OBS - NDI - ntshrui.dll, ntdll.dll - 7FFE93F820FF

Hey Guys,

Currently I have the following problem.

1x Streaming Device:
- Ryzen 3900X
- RTX 3080
- 32GBRam
- 10GB SFP+ Network Card

8x HP Omen / Pavillion Notbooks connected via 1GB Network to Ubiquiti Switch. Ubiquiti Switch -> 10GB SFP+ to Streaming Device.

I'm Using NDI - current version - Screen Capture and grab the signal from every HP Notebook.

After a while OBS suddenly crashed. It took about 15-25 mins - then it crashes.

Does somebody has an idea to fix the problem?

The external NDI library is crashing, not OBS directly.
Try updating the NDI runtime. Download: https://ndi.palakis.fr/runtime/ndi-runtime-4.5.1-Windows.exe

first of all - thanks for your answer. Unfortunately it solved the problem a bit - now it works 2-3h then it crashes. Currently we are live - and complete OBS crash. Crash error is 1:1 the same as i already uploaded.

I can not explain when and why OBS crashed? What could be the reason. It must be something with NDI.

I hope someone has ideas to solve my problem!!!!

Ok it does not work. Now it took 10min until the next crash... shit
