I have attached a crash log. Can you guys help me get my streaming up to par? Whenever I am running OBS the stream will stutter and eventually disconnect. My upload has registered at 5.5megs, and my processor is AMD Phenom II black. If you guys need any additional info, please let me know. I am very new to streaming, but it is something I want to start doing on a regular basis. Thanks!

Holy crap, OBS is running really slow for you...I wonder if it's a problem with your webcam? I can't think of what else is causing you to have such a long pre-process time. Can you look to see if your webcam has newer drivers? If not, try removing it from your scene (not uncheck, but delete entirely).
Also, lower your bit rate to no more than 3500...4500 is on the high side, and your CPU is already having trouble.
