Question / Help Crash log analysis

Hello, Yesterday I had 2 crashes while streaming and was hoping I could get some assistance in figuring out the root cause. When I open the logs, they have different threads that crashed.

1> ryzen microcode issues solved with a bios update
2> overclocking levels that are unstable solved by turning the overclock down or off
3> failing hardware

Thanks for the reply:
1: I am on the latest BIOS for my motherboard, the Asrock X370 Taichi on Bios 4.70.
2: I will up my voltage a little bit, but have no stability issues with stress testing my Overclock.
3: Dont believe it to be failing hardware as I dont have any other issues in game or anything.
