Trying to install the latest version on my laptop and it constantly crashes after clicking "Next" from the opening dialogue box. After attempting to retry this is the error that I get.
Error opening file for writing:
C:\Users\rac\AppData\Local\Temp\OBS\check_for_64bit_visual_studio_2013_runtimes.exe

or Ignore to skip this file.
I have tried all options, eventually I have to run task manager to end the program. I have checked for installs in order to uninstall and try again, but there are no installs to uninstall. I am trying to download the studio version and not the classic. My computer is a 64 bit platform with 4gb of memory. I have tried to run as administrator and even us backwards compatibility to Windows 7 and 8. Still, I get the same results. I have re-downloaded the installation files, but still no change. Please helpl
