Question / Help Crash Before Fully Starting

I just installed OBS on my Windows 10 laptop.

This shows my current version/build. The installation goes fine, but as soon as I start OBS I get the following:

I have included to log files with this post. I have tried both the 64 bit and 32 bit versions of OBS.

This is an odd crash. Could you come by the Discord and send me a crash dump file?
