Are you using stream delay? In our tests this only happened when stream delay was enabled.
 
@Jim I've had other mates with this issue, but I've never tried myself. But yes, they've ALL had stream delay on. It worked fine until I told each of them to put stream delay and it started happening. Once it started crashing, we turned it off and the stream worked for the 3 of them.
