Question / Help CPU Usage

I'm on a 32 gig iMac and OBS studio takes 33% CPU. Is this normal? Any way to get it down?

Depends on what you're doing with it. The amount of RAM the machine has doesn't really affect how much CPU that will be used by OBS.
