Question / Help CPU Usage way to high...

Hey fellas
im pretty new here, but i dont find any help so far.

My problem is that OBS uses 80%+ of my CPU Usage and im not even started the stream just the idle mode on OBS Studio 64 bit Version,

my Setup

  • Processor: Intel i7 4790K @4.6
  • Mainboard: Gigabyte Z97 Gaming 3
  • Graphiccards: 3x EVGA Nvidia GTX980ti SC OC
  • Memory/RAM: 4x 8GB G.Skill Ripjaws X 4000Mhz
  • Storage/HDD: 2x 250GB Samsung 840 Basic SSD 2x 2T Seagate Barracuda

Your browser sources are using the CPU, the pages you are loading into them are too complex, or you have 3rd party antivirus messing with them.
 
2 day ago it worked. So far i dont have any AntiVirus around. Maybe i try to delete em and build em up new.

That doesnt helps. I dont know how to fix besides just delete em :D

And R1CH what would u stream with my setup 1080/60 or 720/60? i feel like NVENC 720/60 will be the best choice cuz games like PUBG are just horrible to stream i think. (Coded wise)
 
I'm having this exact same issue and it started a few days ago. I've got the same processor as well. I haven't changed anything in months. So I'm not sure what is going on here. Really would like to get a fix for this. I can't record or stream right now. I uninstalled and reinstalled and that did nothing.

I mean is there a fix for this problem. This is ridiculous I mean 80 % CPU usage without evening streaming or recording.
