Question / Help CPU usage is high

Sorry for my poor English, because I'm Taiwanese.

My CPU usage is high when I start stream
Sometime it goes to 100% and jumping between about 30% to 100%
due to the screen complex(more complex image the CPU will goes higher rate)
But the issue won't happend when I use preview
and not happend when I not use OBS too(about 3% CPU usage,that's very common)

the pc is more than just fine varyak ...



what are you doing when the cpu usage jumps to 100%? maybe opening task manager or something like that?

it only happend when I start stream
before I change my harddisk to a new one, It's all OK
But after Reinstall my PC
the issue like that happend

I'm sure my GPU driver has installed
