Question / Help CPU Usage Insanely high??

I have streamed with way better quality before literally last week with no problems and for some reason i am starting to run into problems with OBS using all of my remaining CPU left all the time, no matter how fast the encoder is. I was playing CSGO and even a much easier game to run like the remaster of final fantasy 12. on CSGO OBS would take up 30-40% of my CPU and on final fantasy 12 it took up 60-80% of my CPU. I do not have the log files for final fantasy anymore but if needed I can try and stream it and pull the logs for it.

CPU: I7-4790
GPU:GTX 1060 6GB
RAM: 16GB
