Hi, Can I get some help please? I have been having this issue and literally have tried everything and every tip that I have found to no avail, my gameplay is spot on with very high fps (well over 100fps in game) but my stream is terrible, stuttery doesn't even come close to describing it. I noticed has my CPU usage at the bottom left corner of OBS would fluctuate so would my FPS, I have found that limiting the FPS to 60 with V=sync enabled does kinda help but then what's the point in having a 144Hz screen lol. My specs are below with a OBS log.

Ryzen 1800X
GTX 1070
Corsair Vengeance 16GB 3000mhz
MSI Gaming Plus X370

I have taken Overclocks off and it's still the same plus I know my overclocks are stable, I have installed version 22.0.2 to see if that works and it didn't.

Suggestions below...

1) With Vsync, frame limitation, or in game FPS settings, only use them when you are seeing more than 144FPS.

2) You are connecting to London, UK. Is it the nearest Twitch server to you?
rtmp://live-lhr.twitch.tv/app

Test others in your immediate geographic location to see if its a connection/server issue.
rtmp://live-ber.twitch.tv/app (Berlin)
rtmp://live-fra.twitch.tv/app/ (Frankfurt)
rtmp://live-cdg.twitch.tv/app/ (Paris)

3) Update OBS to the current
19:15:59.599: OBS 22.0.2 (64-bit, windows)

4) Update your GTX 1070 driver with GeForce Experience.

5) Update your Logitech webcam
Log shows problems with your Logitech webcam:

19:16:02.926: fps: 30.00 (interval: 333333)
19:16:02.926: format: MJPEG
19:16:02.927: DShow: HDevice::ConnectPins: failed to connect pins (0x80040207): The owner SID on a per-user subscription doesn't exist
19:16:03.291: DShow: Run failed (0x800705AA): Insufficient system resources exist to complete the requested service.

Go to Logitech and download and install the Logitech Gaming Software. I have a C920 myself and do not get these errors in my log.

Ok did a stream, actually did about 10 lol trying different settings, and it's still the same my Logitech software was up to date, I disconnected my webcam and still the same, I've tried Nvenc and X264 but again the issue still remains, I forgot to mention I do use two monitors the main one being 144hz and the second 60hz.

Just to let you know, we don't support SLOBS here. All support questions for their platform need to go to them.

When you updated C920, did you use exactly Logitech Gaming Software? Or did you use the software that came with the C920. You have to use LGS to update. The settings you make after pressing the OBS configure video button for the C920 source (that brings up the same property UI), aren't saved and you have to manually do it all over again next time OBS is launched. Use LGS to set camera properties and they should get reloaded next time OBS launches. This works for me.

Also, consider moving the USB of the C920 to another port. I'd recommend not plugging it into a USB hub but rather onto a USB port tied to your motherboard.

The 60Hz, 144Hz dual monitor is said to be a problem. I personally never had issues running on triple monitor setup of mixed refresh rates. If it exists, the only real solution is to not use a 60Hz monitor and replace with 144Hz across all your screens. Perhaps its causing yours. Best way to test is to just turn off the 60Hz, unplug it from the GTX 1070, and retest again with OBS running on the faster screen.

Had a little success, I have wallpaper engine running an animated background, by disabling that it seems to have worked abit.
