Question / Help CPU Usage and Fuzzy

Ok im having my cpu ramp up to 100% which isnt bad in mmos but will kill you on fps. i am running 1080 stream on a
i5 3570k overclocked to 4.3 ghz. i have a upload speed of 11 mbps. im currently streaming at 3200 and 1200.

Not sure why it is eating up over 50% of my cpu usage. Also the stream looks fuzzy to me. i look at other people's streams and it seems alot clearer. any suggestions on setup for this particular processor/upload.

Thanks in advance.

1080p at 60fps is extremely demanding on the hardware and bandwidth.
It's perfectly normal to have problems streaming with this config.

You can either do 1080p @ 30fps or 720p @60fps. Choose which ever you see as the lesser evil.
Also, try to not go over 4000 bitrate and match the buffer to the same value unless you have a good reason not to.

ok went with 1080p 30 frames and cpu usage is fine now. encoding at 3200 max and buffer but it still looks blurry. i see other streams that actually look hd. any suggestions?

Looks absolutely normal to me. The only way you can get better quality by increasing the bitrate.
I think it's one of those grass is greener on the other side scenarios. The grass is fine on your end, no worries.

k appreciate it just seems its no hd to me idk. comparing to a regular streamer of the game. appreciate the help.
