Question / Help Cpu usage 720p 30 fps v 720 60 fps

I'm trying to play and stream Rainbow Six Siege with 720p 60 fps. Problem is I reach 100% cpu usage while playing, streaming, having chat open plus ts/discord,shadowplay etc. Obs uses about 15-20 % on very fast and decent settings. How do you guy do that? My pc - i7 6800 @4.3 GHz, 32 MB RAM, Gtx 1080 so I guess my pc is reasonably decent. Do most ppl stream on super fast or am I doing something wrong? I can stream easily on 30 fps 720 p....

Encode with NVENC, two pass. You will get a little less quality than x264, but you will release your CPU.

Encoder NVENC
Format FLV (remux afterwards to mp4)
