Question / Help CPU usage 25%

Hello,

i've got a problem with my QuadCore CPU i7-2670QM. If i start to record the cpu don't use all my cores, what can i do? I've turned on multitreading and it still use 25% CPU, it's only one Core.. is there a solution i can do?
