I have a bizarre situation here... I use OBS to switch inputs across various sources when teaching classes, so I'm not recording and not streaming - rather I send a Fullscreen Preview out to a projector. However on my new laptop (Intel 155H, Arc iGPU + RTX4050) the CPU seems to throttle to ~1GHz as soon as either the preview or multi-view windows are opened, making the whole machine sluggish. CPU usage remains low, temps remain moderate (~50C). As soon as I close those windows (leaving just the main OBS window open) the CPU clock returns to a normal 2-3GHz range, depending on load. I don't see anything untoward in the logs (attached). I've tried forcing OBS to use of each the Arc and the RTX via Windows' graphics config but I get the same result either way. Can anyone help debug what's causing this? Thanks!!
