Bug Report cpu leak

So when i have obs open it says that its only using about 15-20% cpu usage but when i have task manager open it says that it is using roughly around 60% cpu usage, is this something on my end or is this something to do with the obs program itself

*BUMP* i seem to of found the problem. i needed to tick the box where it says shut down scene when not in use.

i dont know why this NEEDS to be down but if it helps with the cpu then ill do it.
