Question / Help CPU ISSUES WHILE STREAMING/HELP PLEASE

Hey guys ive been having issues while streaming... When streaming say CSGO/ or H1Z1 my CPU % goes to 90 and affects in game such as studdering and FPS, OBS uses about 30 % cpu and the games uses 30%, my internet is 100up 100 down
CPU is a amd fx 8350 and I have two 980 graphics cards... Please help D:

Well your CPU is fast enough for streaming, you just have to adjust some settings. We need more information, please upload a full OBS log from streaming at least 20-30min where you had the high CPU load.
Is your CPU overclocked? That can help, but if you are not sure how to do it - dont do it.
The load from games and OBS is not consistent, it can spike up pretty hard when something happens ingame.
