CPU is high when I try to record gameplay

The computer I'm using to record is a HeroBook with an Intel(R) Braswell E8000 Quad-core cpu@1.04GHZ processor. So, when I push to record PS5 gameplay my CPU skyrocket causing my video to lag and be sluggish. The CPU be in the ’60-’70s range.
