I currently upgraded to windows 10 and ever since my cpu while running obs is really high. I used to be able to run obs and counter strike and my percentage would sit at 60 percent. Now obs alone runs at 60 percent. Is there a fix to this? Also, is there anything I can do to make my cpu not run as high? Thank you!

Not really. Few people here (inc. me) have that problem of a unusual cpu load that jumped after switching to Win10. But nobody wants to take a closer look at it (and that will not help, the problem is not simple).
Take it, reinstall Win10 (i tryed everything else), go back to whatever you upgraded from or keep kicking the guys here until they actually fix it :-)

I went to my settings to try and revert back to windows 8 but it wont let me :( any solutions on how to do that?

www.google.de tbh when it comes to downgrading there are quite a few issues (it is usually easier to just install any older windows from scratch)
