Hi,

Im planning to build a Streaming-Rig and have questions for the CPU:
Wich CPU will i need to stream: 720p/1080P (up to 60fps).
I also want to record Gameplay in 1080p 60fps.

Im looking for a CPU capable to do so - nothing more nothing less.

thanks in advance

Even as a dedicated Streaming RIG I would suggest to at least get an i7 6700k/7700k the iGPU is usually enough here.

Since Threads are King when it comes to encoding I would suggest looking into the 2011-3 area with something like an i7 6800k but with that system you would need a cheap dedicated GPU something like a gtx 750/950/1050 is more than enough.

no offense but for streamin a 6700k/7700k is way over the top.
I used my i7 4790 for streaming and while streaming the CPU was idleing with like 5-15% CPU usage. i was streaming PS4 gameplay but since im playing with this rig now i want a dedicated streaming rig.

no offense but using a dedicated streaming rig usually means using a viewerfriendly bitrate while compensating by using a slower preset which causes heavy cpu usage. Especially if you want to stream and record on the same machine, but you will get the same answer multiple times as soon as there are other people posting.

btw. an i5 4670 as a dedicated streaming rig is at its limit with 720p60 on medium preset using a avermedia capture card.

the viewerfiendly bitrate is max 3500k - more is not possible on twitch (as unpartnered streamer). so its 720p @ 60fps. im not planning to use a (very) slow preset because the benefits in quality doesnt match the invest in CPU Power required.

I always streamed with fast preset and the quality was fine. So buyig an i7 6700k/7700k is like taking a sledgehammer to crack a nut.
