Question / Help CPU always high?

I use a Dell Inspiron 11 3000 4gb ram 2 in 1 and whenever I record my switch is lags all the time.
Is there a better setting I can use or do I have to buy better spec laptop

Mate you have a Celeron (theres also an amd one ?) you have no way of recording with OBS. If you have an AMD processor you might wanna try AMD Relive. Else sorry OBS is too heavy for CPUs (You may also use something else than x268 encoder or somethin)
