Good day community. I have a problem while I'm streaming CS:GO.

My specs.

CPU: i5-3570k @4Ghz
RAM: 8gb (1600)
GPU: GTX 760
SSD ( windows, games, obs )
SoundCard: Asus Xonar Essence

Well then, there is this problem. When I'm not streaming my fps mainly is 299. When I'm streaming it's around 200 ( it's cool yea, because I'm streaming ), but while I'm playing it feels like I'm playing on 30-50fps not 200. When I move around it's shuttering, laging.

+ when I'm watching it on twitch it's like fps 20-30. CPU usage 50-60% while playing ( with OBS while streaming )

Since you're running without vsync or in borderless windowed mode, you might try manually limiting the engine to a specific and somewhat lower frame rate like 120 using the fps_max cvar. You can also try disabling the OBS preview by right clicking on it and see if that makes a difference.
