Counter-Strike 1.6 crashes if alt-tab-ing onto OBS

Hi everyone! Everytime I try to use game capture on OBS with CS 1.6, the game crashes after alt-tabbing the window. This happens even if the OBS is recording / streaming or not. The app is set to High Performance (since I have a laptop with dual graphics). That's the only game that does this and it's kinda annoying since I can't do anything else on my laptop if OBS is opened while running the game. Any help would be appreciated!

And before the questions are asked :

1. Tried with Steam Overlay off and on
2. Tried with Discord closed
3. I don't have any other overlays

A little bump since the topic didn't get any replies.
The specs are :

• CPU : Ryzen 9 5900HX
• GPU: RTX 3060
• RAM : 16 GB

Other games like CSGO or CS Source are not encounterig any problem. Only in 1.6 I'm getting crashes.
