Countdown script with switcher for two sources at the end of timer

Is there a countdown script with switcher that would activate two sources at the end of timer? I can't seem to find any option in Bitfocus either but I'm sure someone knowledgeable than me will point me to the right direction.
So I currently have a countdown timer already working fine but I need to a source visibility change at the end of the timer together with the scene is being switched.
