Question / Help Couldn't Instalize DirectX 10 On Intel(R) HD Family Graphics

I used obs previously on this system but i had to factory reset my PC and now it comes up with this error.
- I know that my PC is Direct X 10 Compatible because i used obs and could play games on Direct X 10 before.

Please post your system specs, but if it's an early-generation Intel HD it is not compatible with the necessary DirectX 10 features OBS requires.
