Question / Help Could this program be causing my dropped frames?

After downloading it I was unable to stream properly at 3mb bitrate and started dropping frames constantly.
I've got a 50/35 connection from verizon FIOS.

Based on the description of the software it certainly sounds like a possibility. There's an easy way to find out - stop using it and see if you continue to drop frames.

I'm just unsure whether I deleted it entirely or not. And if it's modified my registry?
