Question / Help could some one suggest some settings for streaming league

i have been messing around with OBS for a while and cannot seems to find some good settings i either get crap quality or high ping

here are my specs
intel core i5 2500k 3.30 but overclocked to 4.60
12GB ram
sli nvidia 450 ( will be getting 760 soon)

i did try this but i lag so much in games with the settings it gives me

If you're getting high ping, that means your stream and the game are competing too much for your internet connection. First try enabling "Minimize Network Impact" in Broadcast Settings, and if that still doesn't help, try lowering the bit rate that you are streaming at.
