Question / Help Could not initialize DirectX10 on Intel(R) Graphics

I apologize if this error keeps coming up but I need some help.
I get this error everytime I try to start a stream.
I attached the log with this post.

That laptop chipset does not support DirectX 10, so you cannot use OBS on it.
