Question / Help Could not initialize Directx10 on ATI Radeon HD 2400 PRO

Not much to say here, obs worked flawlessly before I installed Windows 8.1 (Had Windows 7 before) and now I can't start streaming or preview stream without this error: http://puu.sh/k3Uls/0449d25dfe.png

Before you ask me for a log file please tell where to get it, because I have no idea.

Guess the GPU doesn't support all the necessary Directx 10 features.

Go to amd.com and get into their legacy driver section. The HD 2400 is a very old card at this point.

I already had Catalyst before, and this looks like it's installing the Catalyst Control Panel thing.
