Bug Report Could not initialize desktop audio sounds!

This bug is really annoying i tried reinstalling the software and if i close program and open again it comes up with this message and i am unable to stream! please help!

ERROR: [0405/202452:ERROR:gpu_info_collector_win.cc(103)] Can't retrieve a valid WinSAT assessment.
