Question / Help Could Not Get DXGI Adapter

Everytime I go to press "Start Streaming" or "Preview Stream" an error pops up and it says "Could Not Get DXGI Adapter." Then after I click OK, it crashes the program. Any help would be appreciated. My PC isn't the greatest and it is extremely old, but I believe that it could potentially run the program. Thanks in advance!

Or rather, just post a log. And, in the meantime:

• Update your graphics drivers.
• Update Windows.
• Make sure to install the latest DirectX.

OS: Windows 7 32-bit
Processor: Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 3.00GHz 2.99GHz
2GB RAM
Graphics Card: Intel(R) 82915G/GV/910GL Express Chipset Family
Basically, I have a terrible computer.

I can't update graphics drivers, my graphics card is really outdated and I have the latest software. As for Windows, I am stuck on 32-bit. I have already installed the latest DirectX update and still nothing. :(

OBS requires a video card with full hardware DirectX 10 support, you will unfortunately not be able to use OBS with only that Intel Express graphics adapter.
