Error: Could not get DXGI adapter

I get this every time I try to stream or preview stream.

I have searched all over the forums to try to get an answer to why this is happening to no avail. I have reinstalled DirectX, done a fresh install of my graphics drivers, disabled everything I could think of that might somehow overlap with OBS (such as the Nvidia's shadowplay and gamestream services). I have tried old versions, new versions, 32-bit, 64-bit; nothing works. The strangest thing is that I have run OBS without any problems on this device before and I have no idea what might have changed.

Well I have managed to resolve the issue. I wish I could say how I did it, but unfortunately I have no idea. I poked around in the settings for a bit and changed just about every single one. It really could have been anything.
