Question / Help "Could not get DXGI Adapter"

trying to get OBS working on my Lenovo (IBM) thinkpad x41 tablet pc.
It runs windows 7.
The video card is Intel 915GM/GMS, 910 GML Express Chipset Family, yet it is not listed in the list of video adapters. In fact, nothing is!

Can anyone help me?

You will not be able to use OBS on that system, as the graphics chip does not support the necessary DirectX 10 functions.
