Question / Help Could not get DXGI adapter

Whenever I try either preview or start streaming, I get an error that says Could Not Get DXGI Adapter, I am not running any thing like fraps etc and i've updated directX and my videocard drives to the latest versions.

The Helping Squad
Try removing and reinstalling your Video Card drivers.
Just to make sure, you only have one GTX 770 in your system, no SLI or similar?
