Question / Help Could not get DXGI adapter

I'm sorry, I know you have seen a lot of these and I have read a good majority of them but no matter what I do, it won't go away. i'm attempting to live stream on Twitch for a 24 hour live stream raising money for Leukemia & Lymphoma Society and everything i have read i either tried or didnt understand what to do.

I'm running it on a Toshiba Satellite C655
and I'm trying to stream a Visual Boy advance. Any help :p
Sorry in advance about not knowing much but I'm kind of new to the whole world of streaming

You should check the sticky posts to help you set up your OBS and help you diagnose it if things go wrong, and if you can't figure it out still, how to get help on these forums.
