Bug Report "Could not find locale.ini path"

Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling OBS? A missing locale.ini file seems to point to an install issue, to me.
 
When this was happening to me (new setup now) doesn't matter how many times I tried to uninstall or reinstall, or delete leftover files etc, it still happened.
 
If you're missing a locale.ini file, then something went wrong with the install. Those files are placed in the correct location by the installer. If they weren't put there, then either your download was corrupt, or maybe some sort of permissions have gone awry, or maybe even overly aggressive anti-virus or cleaning tools. Those files don't just disappear, nor are they forgotten.
