Bug Report Could not find any D3DCompiler libraries (0.13.2 + browser)

Hey guys!

I use OBS Studio since one or two weeks now and I freaking love it. I had not a single problem until I reinstall windows 7.
I 've installed all updates and also the required visual studio thing. If I try to start OBS Studio now (doesn't matter if x86 or x64) it always gives me the Error: Could not find any D3DCompiler libraries

I've read that I had to install DirectX manually but I can't find a download.

Okay sorry for posting this. I've already found the download.

If you have the same issue. Simply download
DirectX End-User Runtime Web Installer
and it should be fixed
