Question / Help Could not connet to server

I get "Could not connet to server" error everytime I try to stream. I want to stream on twitch.tv.
I already tried turning off firewall and antivirus, connecting to other servers and changing stream bitrates, quality and resoultion; using test version - nothing works for me.
When I tried streamming with other streaming programs, there are no problems.

It is working now, COMODO firewall was blocking it even though I turned it off ^^ I had to open it and unblock open broadcaster
